Oh, holidays. Sometimes you're so good to us, yet sometimes so bad. Nary a season goes by without roller-coaster ups and downs. Thus, we turn to our nearest and dearest—Cathy Horyn, Michael Musto, Katie Grand, Lorenzo Martone—to share stories of holidays past. Who could ask for a better present?... (GO)

As the decade comes to an end, we bring you the Naughty Aughties' craziest fashion moments... Art Basel may be a distant hangover, but the party continues with the Whitney Biennial... Damien Hirst is back with more jewel-encrusted antics... (GO)

So you're kicking yourself for leaving shopping to the last minute—again—but there are still lots of goodies left on the holiday platter: Rodarte for Target, Alexander Wang, Valentino for Colette, Jeremy Scott for Adidas, Be@rbricks. By Franklin Melendez (GO)

Hailing from Portland, Oregon, free spirit and only child McKenzi Hendricks is blazing her own trail. With her distinctive beauty marks, the ambitious Aries will always stand out from the crowd. By Joseph Tenni (GO)

Sure, he's all about his finale outfits now, but John Galliano's magic for Dior started long ago. Photographer Roxanne Lowit's hefty new tome, Backstage Dior, captures ten year's worth of backstage frenzy and fuss. (GO)

Absolution—a range of high-dose vegetal, organic, close-to-zero-fingerprint goodness—doesn't require a daily regimen of raw goji berry and chia-seed porridge for breakfast. By Liz Armstrong (GO)

100 PORTRAITS
#########

There's one week left of Nick Knight's 100 Portraits for i-D magazine - and we've a few more names up our sleeve guaranteed to drop your jaws. Last week, Nick shot pop superstars Boy George, La Roux and Pink, supermodel Naomi Campbell and just plain superstar Russell Brand. This week, the 'super' trend continues as the most sought-after face in the fashion industry - the one and only Kate Moss - is scheduled to sit inches away from the two-way mirror to have her portrait snapped on Wednesday afternoon. Joining Kate in this week's supermodel-superstar line up are Lily Donaldson, Georgia Jagger and Yasmin LeBon on Thursday - along with a veritable cavalcade of names, announced a day in advance at 16:00 GMT

COMING UP
NICK KNIGHT / SELFRIDGES BOOK SIGNING - WEDNESDAY 16 DECEMBER
#########

On Wednesday 16 December, Nick Knight will be taking time out from the very, very busy schedule of our 100 Portraits shoot to set up a pop-up SHOWstudio in Selfridges' new 3rd Central contemporary womenswear space, where he will sign copies of his new eponymous tome for one afternoon only. Visitors to the space will be given the opportunity to have their photo taken by SHOWstudio.com - after scrutiny by a panel of judges, one lucky winner will be selected to sit for a portrait shot by Nick Knight himself.

NAOMI
#########

The colossal Naomi Campbell statue that opens SHOWstudio: Fashion Revolution is due for a makeover. To celebrate the final ten days of the exhibition, Nick Knight and the SHOWstudio.com team invite ten visual artists and ten writers to act as 'artists (not) in residence' and decorate the monolith Naomi each day. We've already had contributions from esteemed journalist Diane Pernet and artist Kez Glozier, and over the next week Naomi will be decorated each afternoon by both our resident artistes, exhibition-goers, and the global public at large.

ADVENT
#########

With Christmas lists in compilation, we look back to 'Advent', our 2004 audio project laid out as an advent calender, with twelve of fashion's nearest and dearest behind each day telling SHOWstudio what they want for Christmas. The wish list from Kate Moss, Lily Cole, Dita Von Teese and more might be enough to convince your better half that yours is meagre by comparison!
