| We are eight days into Nick Knight's 100 Portraits shoot for i-D magazine, and the walls of the Live Studio are literally overflowing with contact sheets of the fashionably famous. With schedules jammed with the world's most celebrated and adored figures from music, fashion and the arts photographed per day, the line up shows no sign of dwindling. Last week, Leona Lewis, Lady Gaga and the legendary Vivienne Westwood sat behind the two-way mirror, much to the delight of the stunned onlookers at Somerset House. Coming up this week are a selection of music's finest from past and present including Boy George, La Roux and Pink, and tomorrow from 18:00 GMT star of stage and screen Russell Brand.

 Following Gareth Pugh's residency in the LiveStudio in November, the latest LiveStudio broadcast will be an exclusive collaboration with model-cum-singer Tafari Hinds. From 19:00 GMT on Thursday December 10, Tafari, joined by Emilie Bausagerwill on vocals and London DJ's James Harwood and Ben Davies, will perform 3 songs in the Bruton Place LiveStudio space. Styled by Vivienne Westwood and Simon Foxton to the theme 'The Knight is Divine', Tafari will present his reggae-electro fusion in a scene specially decorated by London-based artist Olympia Scarry.  As part of 100 Portraits, Nick Knight will shoot both Alexander McQueen and Michael Clark to feature in the 30th Anniversary Issue of i-D - ample reason to re-examine MAC III, capturing McQueen's S/S 2004 collection inspired by Depression-era dance marathons.This multi-faceted film captured nine views of gracefully suspended bodies in motion, the elegantly athletic composition that was set up for Knight's shoot for Numéro magazine.
