FROM THE SHOP
TWENTY TO MIDNIGHT, 2011
Showcasing her second Enchanted Doll for the SHOWstudio Shop, Canadian doll-maker Marina Bychkova has created yet another astounding piece for our current exhibition To Bed. Handmade to the finest standard, Twenty to Midnight features a silver-plated, limited edition bronze casting Rococo wig sculpture with gemstone accents. Embellished further with solitaire Ruby slippers and the permanent engraving of an intricate grandfather clock on her chest, Bychkova's precious doll serves as a constant reminder that time is of the essence.
