This week's 'Fashion Fetish' film comes from model, actress, athlete - and one of People magazine's fifty most beautiful people in the world - Aimee Mullins. 'Chrysalis' stars Marti Domination, who spent ten years as a dancer in the New York Jackie 60 fetish troupe 'The House of Domination', partaking in their weekly themed events including 'Atomage', 'Sweet Gwendolyn', 'Satan in High Heels' and 'Psychopathia Sexualis'. Mullins work draws on the actions and activities of this erotic group, focusing especially on their yearly 'Shoe Ball' - the event that saw Domination purchase her first pair of fetish boots. In Mullins' words, 'At the moment of fetish perfection, when the 'ball goes into the hole,' the fetishy mind lights up like a candelabra. The scenario fixated on, no matter how strange it seems to others, completely satisfies this scathingly personal audience...of one.'

Eye-popping technicoloured stills have already been released via Knight's Instagram @showstudio_nick_knight, alongside moving clips on the SHOWstudio Tumblr. The remaining unseen footage will be released exclusively on SHOWstudio on Friday 8 June.

'Frenetic Flesh' has seen acclaimed young designer Phoebe English collaborate with fusion belly dancer Leah Debrincat. In an exploration of the interplay between clothing, body, and movement, English has been designing one-off garments to compliment Debrincat's unique choreography. Curator and fashion academic, Valerie Steele is the latest sartorial mastermind to contribute to our 'Fashion Fetish' series, offering a thorough unpicking of Daphne Guinness' contact-lens-filled film. Taking a whistle stop through references as broad as Bataille's pornographic novella 'Story of the Eye' and Salvador Dali's notorious 'Un Chien Andalou', Steele's essay is a scholarly exploration of the eye as a fetish item.

'Blind Nude' is a wearable mouth piece created by Ana Rajcevic. Cast in brass, the piece is a life size replica of the artist's own mouth. When worn, the usually soft, movable lips, once a tactile, sensory organ, become hard, shiny and motionless. This erotic adornment renders the mouth impenetrable and silenced. It is transformed into an object of desire. Blind Nude was shown as part of SHOWstudio Shop's 'Selling Sex' exhibition.
