— The Face of a Dying Dog Nick Knight and Charlotte Stockdale Narrated by Rupert Friend, Nick Knight and Charlotte Stockdale's fashion horror film for our 'A Beautiful Darkness' event and exhibition references stories found on Wikipedia by Rei Nadal. Entitled 'The Face of a Dying Dog,' the film sees model-of-the-moment Ruth Bell fighting her demons in a haunting, desolate forest. Also featuring Milly Simmonds, Lexi Boling, Binx Walton, Gigi Moore, Rowley Moore and Avery Blanchard, the film features fashion by Comme des Garcons, Gareth Pugh, Miu Miu and more. — Fashion Film — The Bedroom Rei Nadal and Ellie Grace Cumming As part of our 'A Beautiful Darkness' series, Rei Nadal created a fashion horror film, styled by Ellie Grace Cumming. The film utilises classic and modern elements of horror films to portray the mental agony and psychological torment of a young girl whose room is invaded by an unwanted visitor. — Fashion Film — Untitled Ruth Hogben and Gareth Pugh Ruth Hogben and Gareth Pugh created a fashion horror film exclusively for SHOWstudio and Veuve Clicquot's 'A Beautiful Darkness' event and exhibition. The untitled film explores man's internal conflict with chaos vs. control and features custom outfits by Pugh. — Fashion Film — The Garden Vash 'The Garden' is a fashion horror film created by Jeff Vash for Halloween. Inspired by Hieronymus Bosch's famous triptych, 'The Garden of Earthly Delights,' Vash's film takes on the themes of pleasure, temptation and sin, exploring the dark horrors of beauty. — From the Shop — 'A Beautiful Darkness' Illustrations Unskilled Worker, Rei Nadal, Kukula and Charles Jeffrey For our Halloween event and exhibition titled 'A Beautiful Darkness,' we have commissioned twenty-two illustrators to depict key looks from the S/S 16 runways. The winner will receive £10,000 towards their next film with mentoring from Nick Knight, RED Digital Cinema's latest professional camera RED Raven, a Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art lens and a trip to Australia to attend an exclusive screening of their film. — Exhibition — A Beautiful Darkness Nick Knight and Veuve Clicquot For the first of Veuve Clicquot's new annual 'The Widow Series,' Clicquot collaborated with Nick Knight on a unique event and exhibition titled 'A Beautiful Darkness.' Centred on the theme of death and the five senses, the exhibition is situated within the old Central St Martins building, showcasing works exclusively created for the event by artists such as Gareth Pugh and Rose Robson. — Fashion Film — Amor Nick Knight, Amanda Harlech, Molly Bair and Raquel Couceiro Nick Knight's 'Amor' editorial for V Magazine has come to life. Watch the editorial, styled by Amanda Harlech, set ablaze in this atmospheric and evocative fashion film. — Fashion Film — Leather Melissa Tofton S/S 16 Melissa Tofton is a clothing and accessories label. Photographer Katja Mayer and set designer Miguel Bento collaborated with Feast Films to create a fashion film for Tofton's S/S 16 collection. Creating a tactile conversation between textures, the film evokes a sensual skin on skin feeling that is mirrored throughout Tofton's collection. These pieces will be available to buy soon after the event and exhibition. — From The Archive — Dynamic Blooms Nick Knight and Tell No One For AnOther magazine's S/S 11 issue, Nick Knight teamed up with Alister Mackie to create modern flowers out of contemporary fashion gowns by Chloe, Haider Ackermann and Lanvin, in a collision of dance and fashion photography. 'Tell No One' then brought the editorial to life in a unique fashion film.
