— Fashion Film Award SHOWstudio and QIC Global Real Estate SHOWstudio is proud to announce their first Fashion Film Award in collaboration with QIC Global Real Estate. The competition is looking for the most innovative and creative filmmakers to submit a short fashion film. The winner will receive £10,000 towards their next film with mentoring from Nick Knight, RED Digital Cinema's latest professional camera RED Raven, a Sigma 35mm F1.4 DG HSM | Art lens and a trip to Australia to attend an exclusive screening of their film. — Exhibition — A Beautiful Darkness Nick Knight and Veuve Clicquot For the first of Veuve Clicquot's new annual 'The Widow Series,' Clicquot collaborated with Nick Knight on a unique event and exhibition titled 'A Beautiful Darkness.' Centred on the theme of death and the five senses, the exhibition is situated within the old Central St Martins building, showcasing works exclusively created for the event by artists such as Gareth Pugh and Rose Robson. — Fashion Film — Amor Nick Knight, Amanda Harlech, Molly Bair and Raquel Couceiro Nick Knight's 'Amor' editorial for V Magazine has come to life. Watch the editorial, styled by Amanda Harlech, set ablaze in this atmospheric and evocative fashion film. — Fashion Film — Leather Melissa Tofton S/S 16 Melissa Tofton is a clothing and accessories label. Photographer Katja Mayer and set designer Miguel Bento collaborated with Feast Films to create a fashion film for Tofton's S/S 16 collection. Creating a tactile conversation between textures, the film evokes a sensual skin on skin feeling that is mirrored throughout Tofton's collection. Explore Price's unique take on luxe sportswear with a wool tracksuit or a satin pleat bow dress. — From the Shop — Fashion Illustrations Unskilled Worker, Rei Nadal and Rob Phillips Each season a set of fashion illustrators are commissioned to depict key looks from each of the four cities. These artworks can now be purchased from our SHOWstudio / MACHINE-A e-store. A number of the artists have also created exclusive pieces for our 'A Beautiful Darkness' exhibition with Veuve Clicquot. These pieces will be available to buy soon after the event and exhibition. — From The Archive — Dynamic Blooms Nick Knight and Tell No One For AnOther magazine's S/S 11 issue, Nick Knight teamed up with Alister Mackie to create modern flowers out of contemporary fashion gowns by Chloe, Haider Ackermann and Lanvin, in a collision of dance and fashion photography. 'Tell No One' then brought the editorial to life in a unique fashion film.
