— Nick Knight shoots live

Today, Monday 16 and tomorrow, Tuesday 17 November, we will be live-streaming a Nick Knight photo-shoot for V Magazine. Collaborating with Amanda Harlech, Knight shoots Molly Bair and Cierra Skye in an editorial inspired by Ana Lily Amirpour's 'A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night'. The editorial will explore both the theatre of fashion and the emotional and physical dynamic between the two models, in character as a sorceress and a streetwalker. The narrative will be aided by S/S 16 fashions from Comme des Garçons, Chanel, Vetements, Saint Laurent, Celine, Tom Ford and Alexander McQueen. Hair will be styled by Sam McKnight, while Isamaya Ffrench will provide the make-up. Tune in to watch the editorial unfold.

— North
Lou Stoppard and Adam Murray
Exploring the existing clichéd depictions of the North of England in fashion imagery, Lou Stoppard and the Manchester-based academic Adam Murray ask creatives such as Simon Foxton, Claire Barrow and Gareth Pugh about their childhood, heritage and how growing up in the North influenced their aesthetic. In this comprehensive new project, essays, interviews and briefs aim to unpick the importance of a place.
