— New Exhibition A Beautiful Darkness As an extension of our 'A Beautiful Darkness' event and exhibition in collaboration with Veuve Clicquot, we are exhibiting selected artworks and exclusive illustrations at our Motcomb Street gallery. Running from 11 November 2015 to 15 January 2016, the exhibition will showcase illustrations featuring key gothic or macabre looks from the S/S 16 collections alongside artworks by Marvin Gaye Chetwynd, Anthony James and Nick Knight. Also on display is Michael Boadi's new perfume 'Magnificent Rose' and two exclusively designed Gareth Pugh garments. Our gallery is open Monday to Friday, 11:00 to 18:00 BST at 19 Motcomb Street, London. — Live Shoot — V Magazine Nick Knight and Amanda Harlech On 16 Monday and 17 Tuesday November, Nick Knight's shoot for V Magazine with Amanda Harlech will be streamed live on SHOWstudio. Inspired by the horror film 'A Girl Walks Home Alone At Night,' the editorial will see Molly Bair and Cierra Skye styled by Harlech in looks from the likes of Celine, Balenciaga and Chanel, with hair by Sam McKnight and make-up by Isamaya Ffrench. — From The Blog — Isabella Blow Fashion Award Nick Knight SHOWstudio is proud to announce that our director Nick Knight is receiving the 2015 Isabella Blow Fashion Award for Fashion Creator at this year's British Fashion Awards. Starting his career in 1982 with the publication of his first photography book 'Skinhead,' Knight has gone on to become of the most iconic and innovative fashion photographers, receiving an OBE in 2010. — Fashion Film — Reverie Tessa Kuragi Nick Knight's editorial for AnOther's A/W 15 issue featuring Tessa Kuragi has come to life in a new fashion film. Intrigued by the duality of Kuragi's life - days spent researching psychoanalysis, evenings spent freely exploring her sexuality and engaging in shibari bondage - the film sees the model in a state of psychological turmoil. — Fashion Film — Adoration and Parfois, Mon Corps Me Trahit Marc Blackie and Tessa Kuragi Alongside Nick Knight's editorial featuring Tessa Kuragi, we've launched two films by erotic filmmaker and photographer Marc Blackie starring the model. Challenging notions of sexuality and de-constructing the clichés of erotica, the films confront the viewer's boundaries of intimacy and the stereotypes of gender. Kuragi battles with her body, is manipulated and made subservient to Mackie. — Fashion Film — Flowers of Evil Joe Lally 'Flowers of Evil,' a new film by the avant-garde filmmaker Jo Lally, is an exploration of an act of murder and its artistic representation.
