— Mad About The Boy Lou Stoppard, Mark Leckey, Jason Evans, Nasir Mazhar and Charlie Porter Running from 8 January to 2 April 2016, 'Mad About The Boy' was SHOWstudio editor Lou Stoppard's debut exhibition. Held at the Fashion Space Gallery, the show explored fashion's obsession with youth, focusing on the way ideas of the teen boy are constructed through specific collections and fashion images. It included work by Raf Simons, Meadham Kirchoff, Glen Luchford, J.W Anderson, Mark Leckey, Nick Knight and more. Revisit 'Correspondent: Jason Evans' to see the photographer's image selection, which records everything from nights spent dreaming about being a percussionist with Rod Stewart to days visiting the William Eggleston retrospective. While perusing the photos, click on the 'I' to read Evans' captions. — From the Archive — #asif Nick Knight, Simon Foxton and Jon Emmony Fascinated by the visual language of the internet, Nick Knight collaborated with Simon Foxton to create an editorial for VMAN magazine and a fashion film that explores the impact of our exposure to web imagery on a daily basis. The editorial features pieces from menswear designers such as Hood by Air, Craig Green and KTZ. The accompanying film is a multi-layered explosion of imagery, created by SHOWstudio's art director Jon Emmony and film editor Younji Ku. — From the Archive — Extraordinary Gentlemen Nick Knight, Alister Mackie and LucyandBart A collaboration with stylist Alister Mackie and artist duo LucyandBart, Nick Knight's 2011 fashion film 'Extraordinary Gentlemen' captures a series of hand-crafted homages to the extreme volumes and textures that characterise the best of twenty-first century menswear.
